Wellesley CPC eyes first-ever borrowing to fund Morses Pond project
WELLESLEY — February 11, 2026 — Wellesley CPC signals it may borrow for $6 million Morses Pond share. The Community Preservation Committee on Feb. 11 opened discussion of financing the town's CPA portion of the Morses Pond Beach and Bathhouse project, warning that appropriable funds will likely be exhausted by
