WELLESLEY — February 2, 2026 — RIO Task Force's Feb. 2 meeting leaves no substantive record on Wellesley Media. The available recording from the town's public-access station contains a single line of audio — "Okay, I think we should be all set" — and no captured votes, discussion, public comment or staff presentation. No agenda, packet or approved minutes accompanied the recording, making it impossible to confirm attendance, quorum or the business transacted. Residents tracking the Religious and Institutional Overlay work will need to wait for minutes to be posted to the town's AgendaCenter to learn what, if anything, the task force decided.
